The 6 other Hololive talents that had a graduation have debuted as indie vtubers it's obvious Shachi would do the same thing. She dropped a few hints that she was eventually going to return and releasing videos on her second YouTube channel months before her debut announcement is what Nimi Nightmare and Saba did before their debut. When they graduate because of disagreements with management than it's not really a surprise when they go back to being an indie vtuber.

There were a few hints that Mumei was going to be an indie vtuber in her last membership stream and Cover were unusually cold in her last year at Hololive. While Japanese companies are often harsh towards employees there was other stuff going on with management that was unrelated to her health issues. Why did they keep delaying her 1 million subscriber wish 3D outfit? Why did they rush out her graduation date and than refuse to let her use the Cover studio? Why did they cancel her nendo less than a week after her graduation? Cover isn't Anycolor they wouldn't be comically evil to a sick talent and it feels like management disagreements were the real cause for her graduation.

6 of the 7 talents who recently graduated from Hololive have already returned as indie vtubers. Have no doubt it will be 7 out of 7 before the end of the year. The way that Cover treated Mumei was far too harsh for her graduation to only be related to bad health.
