Actually formally graduating only makes sense if you want to continue vtubing under a different identity.
Petra's in school full time and ahs an actual career outside of vtubing she's working on, so no reason not to just leave the account in limbo generating whatever small amount of passive income she gets from it. Niji has a bunch doing that at this point, she's just the first EN one.
