All the other teams have a male coach, but because of unicorn backlash they are trying to find a female coach. Japanese fans are railing against even allowing Hololive in the event, if such considerations have to be taken to not stir drama. Is Hololive forever cursed to remain a walled-garden? Fubuki and Matsuri were both known to be active collabers and Fubuki was also the first one to overtake Sora in subs in late 2019. Either way, considering that they're the biggest corpo yet Mori is the top EN and Suisei, Fubuki, Kobo and Ollie are among the top members of their branches, I'd say things turned out pretty well for them. All the smaller corpos that were more unicorn-friendly than Holo all died regardless. The ones that did manage to survive include Niji, Brave and Phase, make of that what you will.

Holostars DO appear in these events. Astel has been in CR Cup several times, right now he's in k4sen's big League event that's been going on for two months.
