>Working in a corporation is trying to get what you want within the rules that are set, and not everyone will understand how to maneuver the rules to get something out of the company
>While it seems like, on the outside, they'll be like 'Oh, the company is taking advantage of the talents!', but in the end as a contractor, as a worker with a company, it's not a one-way street. You have to also know how to take advantage of the company in order to, get a lot out of it.
>To me, if I felt like I wasn't being treated properly, I won't be here cause I know I could use my time and energy better elsewhere. And of course I'm not saying the company is perfect and it's the best thing ever. Of course they have their flaws. Of course I fight with management sometimes or argue with them on stuff, but I know that I'm still here because the company actually over the years have worked towards changing to accommodate for us. You guys have seen all the friction I had with management before, and honestly if I felt that it's something that they couldn't fix or they're not putting their effort into fixing it I would have been like 'Okay, then there's no need for me to be here anymore', but I know they were working to fix stuff behind the scenes, and as a Japanese company, changes happen very slow because it goes through so many different hoops, but the changes are there
>To put it shortly, I'm here to have fun and to do the stuff that I really enjoy doing. So, if by chance in the future, if the time comes ever, it'll be because I just want to try something else in my life, or spend time in the mountains drawing my life away or something like that.
