Oh, it gets better, and by "better" I mean "funnier": out of eleven waves total, Niji EN has two waves which are down to their last member, with one of those waves being left with someone who hasn't streamed on her own channel in over a year. And they also have a third wave whose remaining members are not particularly likely to remain in the company for one second longer than contractually obligated, due to the company's gross mistreatment of the now-retired member of that wave. And they only have two waves remaining with all original members; one of which hasn't been around for half a year yet, and the other has an asterisk in the form of a member who retired before debut.
Oh, and three terminations, two immediate "graduations" which may or may not have been stealth terminations, and a "separation" which definitely should have been a termination.
Meanwhile in Holopro EN, there are either three or four gens out of either six or seven with all original members (depending on whether or not you count Tempus HQ and Tempus Vanguard as two different gens), and all gens have at least two members remaining.
And of the three gens with any retirements, only one has more than 2 retirements, with 2 of that gen's 3 retirements being at least partly for medical reasons. And of the other two gens, both have exactly 2 retirements each, but one of the retired members is only "mostly" retired.
And no terminations, unless you count the manager who tried to turn himself into a Mary Sue but ended up being more of a Poochie.
