I think I figured out the main problem with NijiEN
They hired a bunch of people who were all friends with each other before they joined Nijisanji
That led to problems when those friendships broke up

Had an old Youtube channel where she made really good videos about Yoko Taro games and Metal Gear. Became a vtuber and put everything on private on her old channel for a while to the dismay of her old fans. She told a story once about how her social anxiety is so bad, she couldn't even stay at college for a day before begging her dad to come pick her up and take her back home. So I assumed she would stick with the vtuber thing for a while since there's no irl interaction required but she's just too menhera and self-sabotaging. I've seen way too many increasingly bombastic saturated eye gouging designs that try too hard to be appealing and unique, it's like trying to see who can peacock the hardest.
