No, if like bots get culled by the automated system it only lowers total views(hololol).
It removes the ips that get flagged from that stat but the bots remain in the stream counting as viewers and the likes remain.
Likes need to be manually culled which is what happened with youtube culling dislikes from corporate videos eventually leading to dislikes not being shown.
Her likes are only a little high for 9.5k views.
Which can be explained by a very loyal fanbase.

Holo botted GG the other night after the changes went into effect and the views were culled with likes and viewers remaining.
Youtube banned accounts that were used for like botting a few days ago.
However even if they ban accounts that do like botting the people doing that have programs to make new ones already in place.
So unless they are adjusting that new system and making it always on they haven't really done anything.

Holo doesn't bot all of its streams even at their botting peak there were en streams with real numbers like the ones posted in this thread.

In comparison twitch has been accused by advertisers of "inflating" view counts to them a fair bit in the past.
When anons talk about a cull they mean YouTube is now more aggressively undercounting viewers, either deliberately or often due to some bug on their end.
It's happened many times now and there's a lot of evidence each time, if you want to dig through all the schizos trying to hide it so they can use it to attack whoever they currently hate instead.
