There's lots of them and they let you practice. It also helps that the people in the clips aren't very good and aren't making crazy movements once they realize they're being shot. Kovaaks is the one a lot of people swear by if you also want to improve your shooting.

The concern is more the people making the cheat programs are getting so good at this they've got full working suites up before the game even comes out.

Some may not care but if you've ever been in a mostly dead game's deathmatch where more people have aimbots and wall hacks than don't you know it's not exactly an experience worth paying $70+ dollars for.
