Ive been streaming for over a year now using a pretty mid model. I havent spent a lot of time finishing my design and finding artists since if I have any free time i use it to stream, and even if I did get one it feels like it would be weird to "debut" to zero viewers.

At what point should I get a "real" model? Just do it ASAP? Would a better model help streams?

One effect I didn't think about is actually less on the streaming side but more on the interaction and images, like being able to post reaction faces, reference material, video thumbnails, and higher quality clips.

But yea, its not like Im robbing the funny bank or doing speaking tours with my content. I did recently switch to more variety of games but didn't realize how much time it takes to plan what to play since I never thought about it before.

There are so many factors and combinations that make it hard too say, its like a "know it when I hear it" type deal, sometimes its the way you talk and not how your voice sounds. But in general speaking clearly and confidently is a good baseline. And for vtubers, having a unique voice is usually a benefit.

That was me; and I was saying it basing myself on what you said of "only having one hour to stream." If the thing is that you can only sit down and speak openly for one hour each week, it's going to be better for you to find things to talk about and save them in a script that you can later on read; with that and the already given gimmick of being a tutor, you can get a good amount of content prepared related to courses and classes or quick overviews of certain concepts, that's why I insist on youtube.
And, to make an amend: You can actually do your scripts and read them while live, complete the stream, talk about all the things that you needed to and go over the concepts entirely on stream. Then you download the VOD, edit it, make it more digestible, and upload that to your youtube. Not a clip compilation, but something more along the lines of what people like DougDoug or Ludwig do on their channels, summarize your streams on content that allows youtube viewers to feel included.
About the institutions, I was talking specifically about letting them promote your stuff, if you don't mind mixing flesh and vtubing the avenue of getting in touch with those places and letting them officially share what you are doing that could very well be a golden ticket to the big leagues; not about just doing tutoring face to face, but adapting your idea of veing a vtutor with the fact that any tutor still needs to make themselves known to their target audience (and what could be better than to directly get in touch with said insitutions, having their avail and approval can make things a lot smoother and easier)

It has been many months. I apologize for my initial schizo behavior all those years ago, turns out those nyc street drug dealers were lacing my weed with PCP, K2, and Fentanyl. I don't even want to look back on the days of aggression and hallucinations, though I still see things when I try to sleep. I've stopped vtubing for good now probably, had a half year of living together with a 3DPD I met thru gaming that ended two days ago.

Again, I'm honestly quite apologetic about the schizo behavior, I really quite not there and just occupying myself while objectively unhinged and crazy. I still miss mashimyu, maybe I'll start fapping to people saying my name again as a viewer and offer minor points on character design and encouragement that I can speak soundly on. When I open the app it shoves a currently live streamer in my face. I forgot the name of one of the people I follow and there's just no way to find them through the app.
