No, I have social anxiety which makes me become too self-conscious, and I get tired and uninterested in conversations if they go on too long, my preferred way to interact with people is to just hang out doing something either together or separately.

I hate small talk most of the time but have to be good at it for work. So with someone with shared interests it'd be even easier. Plus most chuubas love to talk, just get them onto one of their things and follow along

yeah but not just in spoken language. we're both musicians with similar tastes and i'd love nothing more than to play together and share music recs for hours.
