Well in any case she's waiting on something that's not entirely under her control.
Months of being very obviously heartbroken by how the company mistreated Selen, followed by over a year of not streaming on her own channel, should make it obvious that she had no intention of staying in the company even one second longer than she needs to. The catch is that she still needs to stay in the company for the time being, whether because of her visa, or because she's contractually obligated to appear at Anime Impulse, or for some other reason.

Yep. Her graduation was announced a few days ago. Reimu is scheduled to leave tomorrow, and Rosemi on the 28th. The EN branch is gonna drop to 28 pax before the end of the month.
Note that Reimu is NOT guaranteed to be the next liver to retire, despite her graduation stream being scheduled to start a little under 11 hours from now; nor either is Rosemi guaranteed to be the first liver to retire after the end of Reimu's graduation stream. Picrel. if they are not the exacta next two to retire, then my money is on Ryoma getting "graduated" between their graduations
