It's not just one random indie. Bigger indies tend to have better rigging than the corpos. Look at Saba now. Niji models often even make me uncomfortable to watch.
This one looks really good in terms of the face but the problem I have with it is that the torso doesn't move. It rotates slightly, but it can't go back and forth. It's really limited and looks unnatural. It makes me wonder if that's the reason the face is able to be tracked so precisely. I don't know how that stuff really works though.

this is not good rigging, it's just good puppeteering of the model. Hololive can do the same, but it requires effort from the talent herself, and you can only usually see good acting in pre-recorded stuff since it can be retaken many times.
