The results of JP arc will take weeks-months to manifest. She sacrifices stream time to get access to tech+infrastructure to make fun things for us in the future. She likely was able to record for future covers and the 3D is already paying off with the fun shorts and stream potential.

You still have your normal generic foods, but for instance on the west coast you have a lot of good eastern food, midwest is like a mini Poland and Germany combined. the south-east (non-Florida) is French design and French food mixed with black slaves food, etc.

hell no, if you want to see how untrue this is take a look at the balkans. Dont know if I misunderstand you but a lot of europeans see themselves as thier countrymen first. So for example I'm german and you'd think austrians and swiss would be similar based on geographic location but theyre totally different in most aspects, the swiss dont even speak the same language.

Modern online communication is doing a lot to erode regional dialects and identities, which I think is quite sad, but there's still significant differences in cuisine and customs between regions of the same country even when there's no difference in language. The immigrants mostly stay in the big cities normally(Unless you're in some countries)
With the food you do have the more exotic stuff in the bigger cities and you can get neighbor cuisines easier if you go closer to the borders

Also we have lots of different home designs, but it mostly goes from "old school stuff" to "modern stuff" in most cases I'd say, there are also different styles in different areas too so one county will have different looking houses from another(Or at least the details will be)

It's true that travelling by rail skips over smaller places, but if you're focussed on a few key spots then it's just more efficient in every way.
The way I see it, a trip across Europe should more be oriented around hitting important locations and taking the time to experience them fully. Rail is much better for doing that, most European cities are (intentionally) a pain to access by car, especially old towns.
When I'd recommend going by car is instead if you're exploring a single country or region, as it lets you get into more nooks and crannies of that region and experience the countryside more. This is especially true if the region is poorly connected e.g. the Scottish Highlands.
