Most of the EN talents hate idol culture and many of the fans consider it misogynistic. That doesn't mean EN fans hate everything related to being an idol but it makes them far more cynical. Also really hurt morale to have 4 graduations in less than a year, 21% of the EN branch, and that was the biggest loss of any branch since Hololive started.

I expect that graduations will slow down quite a lot. Recent events have probably discouraged Hololive members from leaving.
Vshojo fucking imploded and with it died the dream of a perfect benevolent corpo that puts talents first with no downside. It's clear now that anyone who leaves Holo will have to actually be an indie and learn how to manage their own career, or hire a personal manager. It's probably pretty difficult to find someone who is competent and trustworthy and affordable and available all at once.
The EN indie scene on twitch and twitter is a fucking dumpster fire of whores constantly backstabbing each other and dropping entire google docs of accusations on each other. Not something any former holo should want to get involved with.
The indie avengers seemed like a safe haven, like they could just band together and be holos outside of holo, but Nimi's lore drop threw a massive wrench into those plans. Fans who expected these women to provide Hololive-like content now don't know how to feel, and Nimi opened the door to an entirely different audience that your typical Hololive fan doesn't want to share a room with.

All things considered they should all conclude that it's safer and more profitable to stay with Cover. Who knows though, we can only wait and see.
