I'm of the mindset that a game collab would be worse for chat speed, because viewers know the vtuber is focusing more on their collab partner than looking/responding to chat. A solo game stream should have more interaction between the streamer and chat, resulting in higher chat speed.

That's outrageous. I'd bet my life on that being heavily botted. Dooby had less than half the viewers for her beach outfit reveal and chat was flying. Saba had less than 10k for RE4 and her chat was flying. I've never seen any Holo stream with a chat that slow. Phase chat isn't that slow. Forget corpos, I watch an indie who averages around 20 and her chat moves about that fast, maybe even a little faster.
Even if it were botted to the tune of 10k viewers that still looks slow for 1122 viewers. As much of an IM skeptic as I am even I wouldn't believe that she's that much of a fraud. I think it's a combination of viewbotting and the legitimate viewers that she does have being unengaged with the stream.
