To answer your question, that catgirl game has an all-ages version that cuts out the sex scenes to make it streamer friendly, so that's why they were able to play it no problem.
Surprisingly, this is also true for Black Souls, so anyone could ostensibly stream it, assuming they had perms. It probably wouldn't be the version of the game people want to see, but it is technically streamable.

The story is neat but the gameplay is really, REALLY repetitive and there's essentially no QoL since it's a positively ancient engine.
Plus the intricate and obscure quest lines means you're going to just go off of a guide after you bumble around on your own for a bit.

Far Cry 4 has a similar joke to be made where at the start of the game you're talking to the antagonist, he says "excuse me for a bit" and leaves the room, this is supposed to be your cue to leave too and start the game, but if you wait 15 minutes he actually comes back, continues talking to you about some stuff and then the game ends and the credits play.

DMC5 has an "unwinnable" fight in the prologue that if you win you get a joke end and unlock the next difficulty that you'd normally only get by beating the game.
