Assuming that it's her choice and not the company's.
EN upper management (not Maneguni, but the suits) has been waiting over a year and a half for a way to get rid of her without causing a mass exodus among the other livers for picrel and other reasons, and now that she's technically a heart patient they can just say "graduation for medical reasons lol" and remove her as quickly and unceremoniously as they did with Yugo and Ike. They'd be able to get rid of her without giving her a chance to say goodbye, all of her content would be nuked before the fans could finish reading the one-page "graduation" notice, and since it wouldn't technically be a termination the other livers would be contractually prohibited from having any emotions regarding her departure other than a little bit of sadness over the fact of her departure - this would be a triple win for the suits.
Sure, they'd be getting rid of the liver with the top streaming revenue in the branch. But she isn't even in the top 100 of the company as a whole, and probably isn't the branch's top overall earner, and the branch is already just one case of "one of the C Suite assholes was mildly annoyed by some random commuter on his way to the office" away from being closed regardless of whether she stays or leaves. So for a business that does its business like a late Showa era zaibatsu, it would make perfect business sense to "grant" her a medical "retirement" regardless of whether or not she actually needs or even wants to retire.
