Cover pays around 5M yen or 35k USD per staff they employ annually. Holostars are ~20% of the talent they manage and cover employs 600+ staffs.
Assuming only 5% of those staffs are managing the 20% of their talent roster be it personal manager, legal/tax advisors, studio staffs, or etc; that's at least 30 people they have to pay to keep the branch afloat.
That incurs Cover about 150M yen or about 1M USD per year.
Holostars has been running for 5+ years now.

Being a 3view might be enough if you're just a 1 or 2 man team. It's not nearly enough if you have to feed an entire production team behind you.
