It was Haachama, slowest subscriber growth in Holo and second lowest CCV on a chart another anon posted at the time (iofi was bottom).
I think her recent 3D live has helped her a lot, but even Aki's growth is currently faster than this.

Roboco is bottom 3 though. Aki the other one, and we'll see about Haachama.
