There are way less new viewers entering nowadays. By this time, most people have their oshis well established and their backups whenever they aren't streaming.
And even if they feel like trying something new there are way too many options available, think of it like zapping. With so many options it's very unlikely anyone will randomly land on a phase girl's stream.
