Her streaming set up is not good for the algorithm. Because she is only doing this as a sort of a part time job (because she's either married or taking care of old relative) she can only stream for short periods of time. Judging by OPs pic it seems she also can't continue with a set routine of a schedule. One of the major things when it comes to streaming is consistency (specially when starting out). She has some fans here and there but her growth is greatly hampered by focusing mostly on zatsudan streams and rarely/most likely will not stream games.

What Henya does isn't easy for most people to replicate.
She has years of practice immediately switching languages and has gotten very good at it so there isn't tons of delay in translating.
When you watch most people who try and do that it takes fucking forever for them to say anything.
Vtubers aren't professional translators they are dumb hoes who can't get a real job and can barely speak their first language.
