I don't know why so many people here didn't get that. He quite literally said this almost word for word during the stream that Korekore was teasing (Korekore just "coincidentally guessing" that it was indeed about a new album half an hour before the stream)
It's about as close as he can get to rubbing it into people's faces

Oh I know what this thread is about.

She was more fun as Aqua. She feels so lonely without the other members in the walled garden.
Now she's on a hiatus due to some dumb drama with her artist.

She could, but the "advantage" of the walled garden was that Holos would be pressured to collab with each other out of good will, proximity and/ or out of obligation.
She could technically collab with other ex-Holos all day every day, but as a viewer, that's much less likely now that the environment has changed.

Also Shion has already collabed with Chloe so there's an easy network there to use
