Unironically lost the shark girl model which was a huge buff that played into not only Hololive’s lore/kayfabe but also the feeling like you’re watching a anime series that interconnect with others within Hololive. Three things have happened:
1) Nimi and Saba have a large amount of overlap in their audiences. Their insistence on streaming at the same time means they cannibalize each others audiences.
2) The Nimi announcement made some of the hardcore fans question if others who left corporate did so because of a significant other.
3) YouTube had linked Saba and Nimi together in the algorithm, so as Nimi's numbers take a hit it's dragging down Saba as related content.
