Her reason to graduate was perfectly justified. Her genmates and management may even congratulated her. That's why they're caught off guard by the actual announcement. They can only gave her cold shoulder in response which actualky benefit Fauna. This made saplings hate Holo even more and cut their tie with her genmates. She also had a perfect excuse to focus on her solo content to attract dramatourist to follow her and not collab much. It's not like she want to waste her graduation buff to made memory with Holomem anyway(contrast with Mumei's graduation month).

Council was a massive failure since day one and the fact that someone like Sana got in is all the evidence we need, then we have Advent which managed to revitalize HoloEN for a few months before their lack of creativity and entertainment exposed them as mid and now, Justice, which after 1 year not a single member is close to 1m subs and that speaks for itself.
