The difference is that Kronii and Mori collabed with friends, but stopped all male collabs once those guys left. It's not just Jurard and Flayon. Shiori is collabing with any guy possible, English or Japanese. Not to mention Shiori constantly talks about them and redirects her streams into them all the time. Kronii and Mori had a phase. Shiori made sure that the boys are inescapable whenever she streams.

If anything, there isn't enough hate because she ditched FES and refuses to join most Hololive events, but she happily engages with the boys whenever any of them look her way.
