I have been in one for about 2 years that’s great. The chuuba is a 3view and regularly talks to us without SC and joins discussions on the discord. Everyone is chill and doesn’t simp or have cliques. I don’t want /vt/ shitting it up for the lulz though so I’m not saying who

Only mid-3views are capable of having a fanbase that is sufficiently active and entertaining.
Once you grow beyond that, the fanbase gets flooded by the worst that Twitch, Reddit, and /vt/ has to offer.

Been in a few over the last few years. They're usually good at the start when 2view, and pretty rapidly turn to shit whenever that threshold is breached. Not necessarily an influx of retards, but there's usually a definite vibe shift, with the ones who were there 'at the beginning' getting massive chips on their shoulders and begin to be bitter towards everyone, whereas newfriends will just not talk or be weirdly dysfunctional/menhera. Chuuba usually mentally checks out around this time, hardly ever posts, and when they do they're flooded with newfriend posting. Server becomes a ghost-town.
Has happened around 3 times in the last 2-3 years.
