The average sports arena capacity in the US is roughly 17-20k. If just one of EN's 15 total girls can pull these numbers regularly per stream, then I think the demand is high enough for a sports arena at this point.

The question now is, what's the next venue? Does the concert return to New York again next year, or does it move to another US city? Or does it finally go to Canada next year?

It'll likely stay in New York well into the future. Cover chose that city for its proximity to Europe and ANYC is timed greatly for them to run alongside and piggyback off of it. They could do Comic Con too, but that gives them one less month to prepare for the HoloEN concert after Fes, which is already a tight enough schedule. Doubtful they'll do anything different until they're confident enough to do an EN type Fes event that sells 15k+ tickets on each day.
