Honestly these big group concerts are cringe. I can watch the girls singing and dancing individually or in small groups, but there's something about having them all lined up together that tears the veil and makes it suddenly feel embarrassing. Maybe that's just the point where it feels more like a product than a project.

Just the cameramen. It's a common practice to see a cameraman on a scaffolding. The rest can work through monitors, this isn't the 60s anymore. Latency between wired cameras & monitors is near non-existent.

Incorrect, the front of house mixing station is elevated so their view shouldn't be obstructed, also their main job is sound so that shouldn't matter.

Wrestling events have been doing this same shit forever. They don't usually sell the seating in front of the main hard cam so signs and standing attendees don't get in the way.
I almost always get my seats facing the hard cam, it's always a bit weird to be in a packed stadium with a prime seat area empty.

They didn't do this ages ago but they had enough big TV moments ruined by fans signs and such that it's always this way now.
