The other side of the coin is that if a girl really does have a naive incel fanbase, then they just accept all of this shit which ironically only lowers their standing even more in the girl's eyes whether she ever says it or not. What this kind of girl is doing is a shit test, to see if they will fail to discuss it or check her on what exactly would be the point to support her still if she is telling you someone else literally has that role as a job for life. If the fandom fails the shit test, she will just go all in on it then and get worse.

If you have ever had a GF, you would not realistically actually just agree with her about everything and let her say/do anything she wants unchecked. unless you have less testosterone than a flea.
