From my POV as a guy who has only watched Neuro consistently for vtubing, I don't care about the wider sphere of vtubing or what the people related to Neuro act toward it.
Neither do I care about what they block on Twitter or their opinion on some other thing like Anime.
What matters is their relation and impact to Neuro/Evil.
You may see that as just a difference in opinion, but for me that is literally the main thing between whether or not I should care or not about something.

Modern streaming thrives on constant production of cheap content, this is why react farming is so popular. Neuro produces less interesting content now so people naturally drift away to the adjacent content like backtubers and shippings and other garbage. You can blame the turtle for focusing on expensive oneshots like neurocar and concert instead of making regular streams more entertaining.
