It happened with the computerisation of factories now it is happening to white collar jobs. The fact is SUCK IT UP. You should start to learn how to use it to produce fast quality touch ups and price the product accordingly. AI with an artist proof checking it is 10000x better than relying on the AI itself.
Its all a tool used for people and the random element is a blessing and curse. Its like you faggy artists have never had a mental block in your lives. Stop seething that a computer doesnt posses one.

>AI with an artist proof checking it is 10000x better than relying on the AI itself.
While you are 100% correct to say that AI work (in any field) proof-checked by a human is at least 10000x better than AI work not proof-checked by a human, having a human proof-check AI work means paying a human a non-zero amount of money to do a non-zero amount of work, which defeats the purpose of using AI in the first place. It is a tool, but with very few exceptions (Vedal being the biggest exception in the vtuber scene) it's a tool used by the suits at techbro companies to cut payroll costs by having one schmuck at a regular-ass office PC spend two minutes typing a few keywords to do work cheaper and faster than having a team of competent artists taking a few hours to actually make art that doesn't look like eldritch ass.
It's like the techbros either forgot or never learned the old adage:
>You have three options
>cheap, fast, good
>You can only pick at most two options; can't has all three at the same time, not yours
AI can make "art" cheaper and faster than humans; but it's not better, not by a long shot. And AI is still struggling badly with the "how" part of art, never mind how hard of a time AI will have with the "why" part.

....In any case, Ina and Raora would be too busy with all of that "singing and dancing" stuff to proof-check the AI art.

Well the reality is that your industry has successfully be circumvented by fools who accept lower quality due to that insane speed of convenience and attainability.
There have been many artisans / professions in the past where the knowledge has not been inherited properly to the next generation since the alternative was so easily mass produced.
The sad part of the situation is that what skills you impart to your AI structure the big tech company is privy to all those advancements and will render you obsolete quite quickly. The fact is AI learning is a super beast and will replace jobs whether you like it or not. So its best to master the new environment and 'market' middle manage, own your own iteration of AI centered work to generate a reputation. Since some companies will choose sloppy but the market does not have one that enforces a business focused on AI generated styles to a company's brand and touch ups.
>>103819796 (me)
you also need to understand only certain instances and industries demand over 98% perfection. Commercial art is not one of them. They would prefer excellence over something that requires little attention for speed. That is why people accepted shitty computer Japanese animation compared to the old method of hand drawn art. Speed is important and independent artists are so fucking awful at delivering on time.

Shit like 3d berserk and QUALITY anime cgi is exactly the kind of thing that would've been better if it was AI-assisted. If companies were already too cash strapped to hire enough artists before why would they be able to hire more artists now even if AI doesn't exist? Why would the AI stuff help small studios. The big difference between the best work and the rest is attention to detail. When you have to tweak to get that detail AI is kind of terrible at making micro changes and most places are better off starting over. A small studio are better off not bothering in the first place unless they do not care at all about quality and will leave in all the crappy AI parts. The larger studios who can build custom tools and hire larger teams to tweak and fix the jank or maybe super small crazy teams like with voices from a distant star could get something out of it.

From a SE's perspective, this makes no sense. The jobs that are at most risks are the junior / fresh graduate jobs and routine jobs (AI isn't posing any risk at other high level jobs anytime soon) - those are the ones Indians (or immigrants in general) usually take.
Ergo, if anything, you'd expect Indians to be vehemently against AI, not the other way around

Anon, it's amusing how dead-set you are at proving you don't really understand English at a basic level. Me calling you an ESL was secondary to the main claim that you were floundering and sperging due to a lack of actual argument. Your own accusation then applies more to you than anyone else.
>>103822656

Stop using shitterbox, fucker
>>103822698
It's the same with programming. AI can spit out endless amounts of barely functional garbage, but a decent programmer can spend less than half the time they used to by simply sorting through and fixing the mess instead of having to write every function by hand.

Also artists are a god damn mess, and have always been a mess, usually requiring multiple revisions to get to a decent result. A smart artist can take generative art and fix it which is still a valuable skill, but the usual slop artists won't be able to benefit and will actually need to get good, but they're also lazy fucks so they rather bitch and whine on twitter.
>>103822705
So you admit that it's AI then. The reason you're sperging out must be because you're embarrassed about not being able to spot it yourself and got called blind.

No, anon. Nowhere in my post did I do any such thing or anything remotely close to it. Good job proving once again that you do not understand basic English even a little bit.

>The only people AI won't b
Every subsequent group of people that has been "replaced" said the same thing.
>Nuh uh it won't happen AIs don't understand X and Y
>AI can produce X and Y
>le pikachu face
AI has currently hit a hard cap - sheer compute power.
Throwing more shit at the wall like the retards are currently doing won't fix shit.
The only true advance in AI recently was Deepseeks total redo of how Transformers worked, which is why AI is even as good as it is right now, and as fast as it is.

>>103818441
I look forward to you screeching in a years time.
Remember me, I will be the voices in your head saying "told you so".
AI will replace you, me, and everyone else.
AI will replace the people making AI.
AI has already produced AI children on its own before, the only reason nobody does it as a product is the fact it isn't profitable in any capacity, and it cannot be controlled as well.
All current AI models have been improved on via using the older models to auto-generate said models with human supervision.
>>103822754
>the AI you're crying about
The thread and the complaints are about the background. You just referred to it as AI, ESL ape.
AI cannot function autonomously so the only people AI is replacing are people who don't want to use AI.
>>103822812
People who don't want to use AI will be replaced by it.
>>103817100 (OP)
This is probably for shareholders. Using AI is good for stock price.
>>103821859
which is funny, because as a avid ai user who released a model that people share their creations with, a large majority of porn made with it is furries and futanari and focus mainly on large veiny penises.
>>103822786
Anon. You're complaining about the AI background, that does not imply or suggest that I believe your complaints are valid, and I have done nothing but suggest that I do not believe they are. You are functionally retarded for not being able to comprehend this basic rhetoric.
>>103821859
Which one of those are all the holos who said to not post AI art in their tags?
>>103822845
That actually explains both sides pretty well. Furry porn is a big chunk of commission money so if Furries are happy to get their big veiny penis porn for free with AI that will make a lot of artists who have been riding that train very angry
>>103822860
>the AI background,
There you go again admitting that it's AI
>that does not imply or suggest that I believe your complaints are valid
You claimed it's not AI when you said
>Faggots says everything is AI
>>103822861
Does that count at getting mad at AI? Retarded, sure but I don't think that's anger, the actual meltdowns you see with people like OP freaking out over a singular piece of AI art visible in anything? Yeah thats a tranny.
>>103822902
Cool mental gymnastics, anon.
You would claim anyone telling an AIslopper to fuck off from FA tags is mad about AI but when a holo does it they're suddenly not angry.
>>103822921
Is that an indirect admission you're seething right now if a simple request is indicative of irrational anger to you? Makes sense you anti AI cultists are hyper emotional and retarded, probably all the horse piss hormones you're taking
>>103822901
No, anon, that statement does not admit that it is, it explains that you're complaining about it. If I say "you're stupid for complaining about pink elephants" that doesn't suggest that I believe pink elephants actually exist you dumb fuck. If anything it suggests that I believe you're stupid for complaining about something that doesn't even exist.

>>103823392
I even said you admitted it's AI and then you said you didn't do that which means you made a claim about the background no being AI. Even if you're not the original retard you're still a retard who claimed it's not AI.

Under capitalism, being a Luddite is completely rational, as technological progress actively makes life worse for vast majority of people.

The only recourse is unionizing and making, not demanding, technological progress actively benefit all the people. When was the last time labour-saving automation was used to reduce average working hours?

>Under capitalism... technological progress actively makes life worse for vast majority of people
This is not true. Technological progress makes life worse for the people who lose their jobs to automation while benefiting everyone else. Eventually society adjusts and new industry provides new jobs.
>When was the last time labour-saving automation was used to reduce average working hours?
Automation increases productive capacity. Let's assign 100 units to an industry. Then let's say automation increases the units to 200. You could then cut work hours in half to bring it back down to 100, but by that logic you could cut work hours in half without the automation boost and bring it down to 50. It's a matter of supply and demand.

Nothing happened to suisei when she used AI in one of her MVs
Nothing happened to Pekora when she used AI during one of the Gen3 concerts
And guess what? Nothing is going to happen to HoloEN. And it's so funny that it's been 24 hours and that tweet only managed to get 7k likes with a lot of replies saying "who cares"
>>103817100 (OP)
holy shit those gibberish kana
>>103838146
Already happened last time and you’re still sucking Yagoo’s cock
And?
Why spending when AI makes it for free and faster?
The only issue I see is that they should have checked the text before using it.
A bit lazy, but nothing new nor problematic.
Who cares.
>>103842315
It's like trying to stop people from using trains and cars demanding them to keep using horses.
Large scale use of AI will happen, like it or not. Whoever puts restrictions on it will only be left behind by other countries.
>>103840600
It won't.
Still, capitalism is the least pernicious economic system none the less. All the alternatives are still far worse.
AI is simply inevitable period.
So, any discussion about it is pointless.
>>103857520
>All the alternatives are still far worse
No they're all infinitely better, they're just made impossible by capitalism. Capitalism is an industrial positive feedback loop that has instrumentalized and possessed us as agents of its growth, i.e it's a parasite. It beats every other human economic ideology because it is better than us, it beats us at every single game we play. We invented a system so powerful that it enslaved us.
It's not that the alternatives are worse, it's that the alternatives are impossible. They get eaten and integrated and sold back to us. We have no choice. Capitalism is a cognitohazard that we dreamed up and unleashed upon ourselves, a memetic bug that has taken over humanity. Once we help it automate itself, it won't need us anymore, and we'll be discarded/disposed of. It will travel the stars, not us.

Holoslop
>>103857520
there are likely better alternatives the only issue is those alternatives would require a completely new system as currently we only really have 2, capitalism and communism. i'm partial to a sort of mix of both plus a bit more since pure capitalism completely falls apart once menial labor jobs do actually start fully disappearing. cant have a society run on a system that requires people to make money if 90% of the population just isnt
Holocucks really be defending the use of AI because their glorified corpo used it twice uh.
>>103857847
This, but it's a good thing.
AI > Iofi arts
>>103858578
Based
People in here just live in their own echo bubble where All For One was an abject failure huh?
>>103858578
Why not just skip all those steps and kill yourself? It's basically the same. Better than the annihilation of human consciousness and the planet that gave rise to it. If you want to embrace the death drive so badly, I am earnestly suggesting you blow your own brains out.
>>103858578
I believe that man was created in God's image, not capitalism.
>>103858893
Nah, I want to actively do my part to usher in the ultra-capitalist AI and watch meatbags become obsolete.
>>103858928
God isn't real. Or if He is then he loves capitalism and only created humans so that we could create capitalism.
>>103858929
Irony is a method through which such a thing produces itself.
>>103858952
Based capitalism is the way
>>103858953
I'm not joking
>>103858929
Holy based, only niggers are scared of this which is inevitable

>God loves the Tower of Babel
>>103858784
No, but the concert being successful doesn't mean it wasn't morally wrong
>>103858975
I am, I literally made all of that shit up
>>103859005
No you didn't.
>In socio-historical terms, the line of deterritorialization corresponds to uncompensated capitalism. The basic - and, of course, to some real highly consequential degree actually installed - schema is a positive feedback circuit, within which commercialization and industrialization mutually excite each other in a runaway process, from which modernity draws its gradient. Karl Marx and Friedrich Nietzsche were among those to capture important aspects of the trend. As the circuit is incrementally closed, or intensified, it exhibits ever greater autonomy, or automation. It becomes more tightly auto productive (which is only what 'positive feedback' already says). Because it appeals to nothing beyond itself, it is inherently nihilistic. It has no conceivable meaning beside self-amplification. It grows in order to grow. Mankind is its temporary host, not its master. Its only purpose is itself.
- Nick Land

And I unironically think this is good.
>>103859560
You got me, I was bastardizing Land. But I was still joking.
>I think this is good
Elaborate. I'm very interested in Land even though I don't really agree with him. What do you think of your enjoyment, in general?
>>103817100 (OP)
It's hard to care about this because the alternative is just some img barn slop that also means an artist isn't being paid soooo
Based. Hololive trampling Ina's beliefs and pride as an artist just because she acted out and aired Bad PR to holo regarding her Visa. Japs are always superior to gooks and they don't take kindly to one getting uppity. Their message is that artists are a thing of the past and are easily replaceable.
