Is that the general mamabicho consensus? I don't disagree I just figured she and her viewers would approve because of how phase-adjacent she is. Phase does seem like career-suicide for someone her size unless they've got some absurdly huge projects and funds no one knows about, but the impression pcg has given about the company is that the whole company is just a pet project of some shitposting entrepreneur who encourages his employees to treat it as a side thing and not a full time job.
