Anon? Your statement makes zero sense. If you're claiming that something changed, and someone else is claiming that it isn't, then they can't willingly "use her old model" if they believe it's the same one.
The actual question would be, "Why do you only use old screenshots for reaction images?"
and the most likely response would be, "Because the debut is when she made a bunch of faces for her fans to take screenshots."

You'd need to put up your own picture of this "new" saba doing the same or a similar pose in order to have the original statement make sense.
