I'm surprised she's there, maybe as a symbol for vtubers?
Like for example ado is 22, has a super mainstream presence like multiple sold/out world tours and nonetheless she hasn't appeared there in any year yet. (here is the selections from 2018-2024 if you know japanese: https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E3%83%95%E3%82%A9%E3%83%BC%E3%83%96%E3%82%B930%E3%82%A2%E3%83%B3%E3%83%80%E3%83%BC30)
I also don't know how relevant forbes japan is. The main forbes edition is kinda in the dumps of relevancy.

But good for her though.

Forbes 30 under 30, by nature, tends to be a list of people who burn bright and fast, and this level of success is rarely sustainable in the long term. There is a long history of people who make the list and then end up burning out and falling spectacularly, to the point where in some sections of the buisiness world it is considered more of a black mark than a blessing to be on it.

Early success is a curse and disaster. Success should only happen after 40, earlier and you'd think you're invincible and would take risk more than you can actually handle.
Age 35-45 is the best range for success, you're old enough to be wise, and you're still young enough to experience and experiment new things. Older than that your chance of a stable success will increase, but you'd be too old for that breakout success that catapult you to the top.

You can't help but compare yourself against the old timers. Couldn't help but wonder how they would've operated in these times. When a V-tuber anime woman sits on the cover of the world's most prestigious finance magazine. When you don't even need to know the behind the scenes dealings to see the corruption--when it hangs in the air, out in the open, in plain daylight. When lives are bought and sold like commodities in the open air market.

Money buys everything and good folks suffer while those with no morals reign on high. The term absurd doesn't even begin to describe this world now.

Everyone is born into a prison. The poor struggle and fail to escape it. The bourgeoise will soon join them, and the rich will soon be arbiters over the lives of every living soul. They yearn to be all powerful, to escape this prison we are all born into. But power does not set you free, it only expands the size of your prison.
