Phase has done 3d concerts at ANYC, Offkai, San Japan, Vexpo, AX, Vtuber Awards, sponsorship concerts etc.

If she wants to do 3D concerts as a guest of a convention, the only 4 ways that will happen are from hololive, phase connect, brave group, or be a giga mega indie like Doki who then invites you.
The problem with her wanting to do 3d in Phase is 3d models are 100k locked (unless you are Uruka who cut the line and got it at 70k)

I don't think Nyana would be helpful in Phase for their concerts. Phase already works with big mocap studios, and already has a good organizer who has gotten Phase on big stages. I will say she would likely be invaluable to Phase as an organizer for the hypothetical Phase Con because she is a hustler.

Nyana's #1 attribute is that she hustles. Which is also why I think she would be a bad fit in hololive because you dont need to hustle there, so it removes her biggest strength and I would predict she won't last there because she is too much of a go getter to be hindered by a JP company telling her no

Some girls want to be guests at cons (actual guests, not just "kawa entertainment got a booth and you can call in for your 30 minutes and talk to people), do panels and concerts, have a lot of merchandise, get priority from artists and mixers.

In reality, aside from official concerts, everything can be built by the members themselves, and some of them have held concerts several times a year.
