Now as for CN2, we don't know if Yagoo scouted them irl face to face like he did with CN1; for all we know he could have delegated the scouting to Bilibili or whoever he was parterning with in China, which is why CN2 ended up being the way it is: they didn't pass the vibe check, as Mori would say.
It might also have been just luck that CN2 was a shitfest compared to CN1.
