-He starts with 2 big points. First: If anyone involved wants to take legal action against VShojo he's willing to provide documentation or records. Second: He was not aware that the talent's money was being used on operating expenses. The financials were entirely in the hands of the CEO, COO, and financial department Note that Geega stated the financial department did not have full access either, that leaves the other 2. Also note that legal documents included in this have Apek as both COO and CFO
-He started off CTO, became CMO after someone else came in to take the CTO role. He does not know if either of these titles were legally or formally recognized. This leads into a bigger point about how he felt like he was always sidelined in the company despite being one of the founders and he wasn't even on the board of directors
-Claims there were projects he didn't know about until after they were already in motion. Mentions both a social media site I forgot the name of it but we know this one's real and a total buyout If this is the deck that was leaked we knew, if not then it may have happened before too that he says he was opposed to.
-He was also pressured to sign stuff without time to have it reviewed by a lawyer. One example of this being the merger, which if he didn't sign off on he would have been ejected from the company.
-He didn't speak to Gun at all in the last year, and the COO only once a week
-He didn't "leave" VShojo it seems? Sounds as if he was fired when his position was removed on May 1st. This coincides with Geega's statement of 9 people leaving the company around the same time.
-He was starting his own project that was set to launch in late July/early August (non vtuber related) During this time he contacted Gun to see if the company was going to implode so he could change dates if necessary. Gun said ask after AX, then directed him to someone new whose name MTD censored (picrel) which also coincides with what Geega said about a new staff JUST being hired on to handle things right as VShojo exploded.
-Lists off evidence he has retained that he's willing to share with legal. Meeting transcripts and notes, corporate filings implicating only the CEO and COO and not himself, various contracts, and a statement listing he wasn't even an officer.
