Only a casual watcher, but sure, if we want to find the best VTuber by going with objective standards, Fubuki seems like the perfect choice.
She also has some gravitas considering that she's been around for a while - before the EN boom of 2020.
She also got close to the perfect voice for a female VTuber. Girly-cute without being squeaky high.
I think to her credit she also established boundaries early but without turning it into drama. Everyone knows Fubuki is friend. Didn't need a LLD or something for that.
