That's also kind of what an ita bag would look like so you can't even really call it theft of an idea in the first place. Honestly, the fan artist shouldn't be trying to take on a big collaboration just yet in the first place. As a backer for the og bag, it was delayed significantly without communication to backers. She had the bags in hand and brought them cons to sell to other people while people who had already fully paid had to sit on their ass and twiddle their thumbs.
