JP fans are loyal to hololive. Hololive EN was a mistake.

Because their entire existence before graduating revolved around hololive. To the rest of the streamer landscape/non-hololive agencies like vspo/nijisanji/regular jp streamers, they're literal whos who can't/won't get a collab and any exposure to new fans and will eventually fade into obscurity.

Yeah, being a JP indie seems like hard mode. EN fans are less loyal to companies due to western values so besides being collab banned from Holo collabs, ex-Holos can easily collab with everyone else and more people will keep watching them. I wonder if Kson would have been better off if she went all in on EN collabs.
