There's been a lot of mini-arcs: at the start of the year she built that rollercoaster in the new minecraft server and made everyone from JP and EN ride it, she had a MonHun-arc and things like that.

I've heard positive things about it from talents and to be in rrat territory for a minute, it's somewhat commonly believed that a few ENs talked with Yagoo at these tea parties to get the EN twitter accounts to be split between hololive and holostars since that merged account was clearly run by a Stars fan who constantly missed/was late for holoEN events in favor of Stars ones.

If we're in real meta hours, I must make this point:
Despite how she's been recently, Chama has historically been more of a "lone wolf" style of talent. Collabs did happen, but she felt way more isolated than 99% of hololive's other talents. Some of it was being locked in Australia and thus missing so many opportunities with her branch and thus thus getting into that "groove" even after. When she was popular, this wouldn't be so bad. But being lower on the popularity totem pole makes this kind of vibe a downside. It's hard to grow when you're this established without either making a big change (like AZKi streaming more and playing Geoguessr) or collabing frequently with the more popular talents. I'm not aware of what changes she could make to be more popular, so I won't speculate. But for collabs, if she could rekindle the fire she had with Miko (arguably the most popular vtuber in the world, at least by CCV), that would be the most simple way to reach a larger audience.
