Vtubing time passes like 10x faster than normal media. It's fucking exhausting sometimes. People, games, stream ideas become a thing overnight and then stop being a thing before you know it.
Probably it's because there is an endless deluge of content and so the feeling that something was "forever ago" was really only like 2 months maybe is because people have had so much new stuff to pay attention to since then that those old streams are mostly a distant memory already. There are probably several dozen hours worth of newer content pushing that old stuff out your mind for most chuubas. Meanwhile for like anime or a TV show you get 20 mins per show, per week. A full load watching like 20 new airing anime in a season, including like half+ probably being garbage shows you barely even felt like and will drop most of, is still only about 7 hours a week and most people only watch half that (if even half) I think. Meanwhile you literally cannot run out of enough stuff to watch just from Hololive alone, there is more than you can even keep up with.
