Clio was known to bot themselves heavily even before phase, I assume they stepped up their game after joining to make it look like he was worth picking up by fishman. They streamed once a while back before phase when they'd usually be around 1.4k viewers but their bots didn't work and he was a 160 viewer andy for an hour before they realised and turned them on again.
