It's because they have a partnership with Youtube. NFL Sunday Ticket, the service that lets you watch every NFL game on Sunday, is now offered through Youtube instead of DirecTV so they want people to subscribe to it. This is like, the second or third year of that arrangement so they put an exclusive game on Youtube(this game) to try to entice people to buy it. They also decided to get a bunch of streamers to stream the game to promote it as well. That's why this is the only game being broadcast like this for the season.
