The reason for the graduations is that they are eloping. Company policy forbids romance between talent and employee and while yagoo would have no problems blessing their gay marriage and would even take up the role as best man Marine holds one sided feelings for Ao and threatened to leave if yagoo let their relationship continue, of course citing company policy as an excuse. The graduation of Shion and slowly approaching the wrong side of 30 has hit Marine hard and she has completely lost it, this is when she started developing an unhealthy obsession with Ao-kun. The reason why no one cares about Ao's graduation is because Marine is spending obscene amounts of money on covering it up, and not just to the public but within the company too. Ao currently has no access to any of her social media accounts, and is actually on the run hence why there are no streams. Meanwhile Marine is trying to drive a wedge between them by telling Nodoka that Ao-kun doesn't actually like her, that she was just a one night stand, and trying to convince her that the whole graduating together thing was just a ruse that would end with her graduating alone with Ao laughing at her.
