I think it's a shame when people characterize some of the few non-grifters in hololive as being evil masterminds. Mumei did her best to stream during dead hours in 2022 and 2023, fucked up her throat and then decided she wasn't cut out for this and to pursue what she had been doing before hololive- getting a degree in Whale Sex. Almost a certainty she'll stream in some capacity again, the question is how long. Could be another half year, could be 5 or 10 years from now. It's hard to believe someone that had a gig like Holo for close to 4 years would suddenly get tired of the attention and money. Even Sana dips back in every now and then. She was probably telling the truth about her voice, and when she's comfortable enough she'll do some streams in some fashion.
