As someone moderately involved in the Nijisanji Discord fan servers, I have literally never seen or heard of this person and the kind of behavior she is describing would never have been tolerated by any of the servers. So I'm assuming she's talking about some separate Nijisanji fandom that only exists on Twitter. I skimmed through the replies and quote retweets and almost none of them are in any of the fan servers that I'm in.
