Are there any vtubers who are actually freaks? I have checked out so many ones shown in these threads, but all of them act so normal. The only time I've seen one get the slightest bit abnormal is when dizzy drew a pic of herself eating an intestine. And even that wasn't very freaky.

Sounds like you either haven’t watched enough streams, or maybe live content just isn’t your thing. I enjoy my favorite /freak/s because we share a common interest in eroguro and the macabre, it comes up in conversations or they make full content around it. But most of the time they’re just chatting about everyday stuff, what they ate, how their day went, what games they're playing, movies they’ve seen, or books they're reading. And more often than not, those “normal” convos naturally lead into horror-related topics anyway, since all of them are into that kind of stuff.
Our girls do deep dives into torture methods, draw gore, play games ryona-coded games, or will beg to be punched and sliced in half! One even does shock buttplug streams if you're into the more sexual side of things. We’ve got a solid mix of content creators, and desu, I’m proud of how far /freak/ has come, even if some annoying fags are only here to stir shit or talk account muh /freak/ label.
But if you’re just looking for someone who constantly talks about edgy stuff “i love death and blood” 24/7, you’re either under 18, which means you probably shouldn’t even be on this site, or maybe pre-recorded YouTube videos would suit you better.
