I miss the pre 2025 kiki voice, kiki sounded so cute and soft. I don't know why but kiki's voice seems lower than it used to even 10 months ago. I thing it is her health myself. since late 2024 is when kiki's health started getting really bad

most champs are here for the chill vibes and humble atmosphere. im not saying low energy cause you clearly have your moments. low energy isnt the same as chill. anyways thats one of the reasons why im not going anywhere.. you have a air of chillness that makes it easy to be around you. the things you like are genuine. nothing you do is to "gain followers" even if that is your goal and i think that itself has value that is underappreciated

if you truly want to improve and break the 2view hell and aren't just fishing for reassurance then find out what your theme is. what is your niche. what makes people watch you over others. what makes you stand out. what can you do and offer that others can't.

I do both.
But listening to you when I go to sleep gives me comfort too. I'm thankful for it every day I can.

I think kiki is misunderstanding what energy means. energy doesn't equal the effort or time you put into streaming and after streaming. energy is the energy you have during streaming, upbeat, active, attentive, high energy. I do think sometimes your health and poor sleep get in the way of that.

i don't want to harp on this but i can personally attest that i work best after a good night's sleep and a big burger in my belly. the effects are nuanced and hard to explain but they're there.

Do you think kiki and friends set the bar too low for their big marathon fundraiser? Not that it's not a good chunk of change for the stretch goals, but the planned projects seem like a lot compared to those goals.

Like I think nobody is arguing that Kiki wouldn't feel better if she ate more, but it's just like, that's easier said than done. She has numerous barriers, both physical and mental, that prevent her from eating more. She's doing the best she can to overcome those and has made amazing progress over the past year or so, but it's a process and not something she can change overnight. So telling her to do this thing she's already devoting a ton of her energy to and spending lots of time with doctors and other professionals to work on isn't exactly productive.

I'm honestly really thankful, I really don't have the time or energy for it anymore but I felt bad that Kiki's stuff wasn't getting timestamped for a while so it's good to see other champs step in and take over. I do think it's best that it's kind of a community thing and not dependent on a single "timestamp champ" so I'd encourage anyone else who is interested in trying it out to give it a go, even if it's just marking one or two moments that stand out to you or something.

I just don't understand what the point of the harping might be. I know people can get concerned, but 1) they're not telling her anything she doesn't already know, 2) they're not motivating her to do these things, which she already wants to do, they're just stressing her out, and 3) she's already pursuing help through various means she's publicly disclosed, and who knows in what ways she hasn't disclosed.

I have to imagine it's because people feel a need to help and, because we're anonymous and she's pseudonymous, they feel helpless to help her in a concrete way. I think the best way any of us can help her is to watch her streams, like and comment, donate if able, and pray for her every day.

there is a more specific point as well. she has often made a choice to sacrifice her health for her streams in the pursuit of noombers. talking about this is trying to explain that this approach is short-sighted and focusing on one's health is the more sustainable strategy. better to sleep in and miss a stream, better to eat a meal and perform poorly now for better streams laters. kiki in general i have noticed is very present-oriented and thinks one day at a time. i am the same for the most part but i can acknowledge that this is a fault in certain circumstances and try to be slightly more future oriented when i can.

I mostly agree, but I think kiki does have a tendency to separate her real life/health from her streaming life/content. thinking they have no relation when they do. I do agree with the other champs that it is not one thing that can be changed quickly but rather a long term plan to improve things here and there. Judging by the amount of times I've been ganked the pvp scene is pretty active, although the WotLK server is marked as PvE. They just have a 6 month old BC server that is already dead, a 6 month old MoP server that is very active, a 3 year old MoP server that is dead but they are going to combine with the new MoP server eventually, and a WotLK server launching next month. MoP has Cata so you can do Cata on the MoP server (that sounds obvious but it looks like their next server after WotLK is going to be Legion without WoD and there are private servers out there with the content of one xpac but the skills and balance of another)

What do you think the next membership badges will be? Platinum or rainbow champ maybe? I know we got a few champs approaching golden champy status.

I'm enjoying it right now, like I enjoyed the last one. It's $20, which is a great price point for what it is in my opinion. There are better games, but it's pretty good, and the boss battle especially I consider really fun. I didn't make the game, I can't help there. But different areas have different amounts and types of color. It clearly takes some aesthetic influence from Fromsoft's Souls series, where both of these games take place in crumbling kingdoms well past their golden ages. nta but the only thing that pisses me off is (what i think of as) bad parenting. when i'm walking my doggies i've seen both extremes, mothers telling their children to not approach my dogs because they're dangerous or insisting that they pet them when the child is barely a toddler and may actually get some infection or tripped/pushed.
one time i eavesdropped a conversation about some child being bullied and the mother telling her daughter to be violent. i don't remember the details but i remember it was disproportionate and all-round retarded.
then another time a mother complaining their kid got their dress dirty but she was the one that brought her out to play in that. she's a kid not a display doll.

i have encountered one kid with a proper phobia and her horrible mother, but i couldn't fit it properly in the previous post. i was passing through the park and the kid was blocking my path and just stood there dumbfounded, so i stopped waiting for her to move. instead her mother came yelling at me "can't you see she is afraid!?" well what the fuck was i supposed to do she's blocking the path, do a 180 and go back because your kid is nuts? so i just went diagonally across the grass and around her. i heard the mother badmouthing dog owners in general as i went on. i bet that crazy bitch of a mom made the kid afraid of dogs.
for the record i have 2 small dogs. when i used to have a pitbull the fear was more understandable.
