In hindsight, it's retarded that Konami made a stand for a character as hated by the fandom as Huey. What the fuck were they thinking? If they know that these things are mainly aimed at hardcore fans, why would they want to sell a stand for that character, even if he is still part of the game?
The only way for people to buy a Huey stand would be if they had done it before The Phantom Pain, and even then, back when Peace Walker was new, to no one Huey was their favorite character he was always seen as the lesser Otacon.

Anything in the TWD universe is a bad idea because shit will always go wrong and there will randomly be a walker or a psycho to fuck you up. There's god damn pirates out at sea, because of course there are. And walkers don't drown, so one could just float over to you and catch you off guard or damage the ship.
Realistically, zombies can't really walk up to you if you're nowhere near land (floating fuckers aside), and the fish population is doing mighty fine with humanity no longer raping the oceans. But resources are scarce with the apocalypse, and the weather is still a cruel mistress. Especially if you're out at sea. Even if you luck out and happen upon a god damn warship, things will fall apart and break and require fixing. And unless you're paddling that shit, you'll need gas. So you'll be going back to land pretty often anyway.
The actual best bet is just finding a small island to take over and live in. Which, hey, a boat would be pretty useful for.
